Casa Solitaire is provided by Michael Giraldo, doing business as Casa Games.

Data Collection

The app does not use ads, analytics, or tracking.

Local App Data

Trophies are stored on your device. Optional iCloud sync uses encrypted records in your private database. Optional Game Center sends achievement progress to Apple. Casa Games cannot access your private iCloud records.

Support Requests

If you contact support outside the app, Michael Giraldo, doing business as Casa Games, will use the information you provide, such as your email address and message, only to respond to your request.

Retention and Deletion

Support emails are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of support communications by emailing support@casa.games. Deleting the app does not delete iCloud or Game Center data. Manage that data through your Apple account settings. Local data can be lost when app or device data is removed; Apple TV may clear local storage.

Third Parties

The app does not share user data with third-party SDKs, analytics providers, advertising networks, or related entities.

Apple Services

Apple may collect diagnostics, crash logs, purchase, download, and App Store usage information under Apple's own privacy policies.
